Founded by Marvin Groseth & Mike Burke, both retired, as a logistics provider, the management team was asked to provide other services such as Warehousing, Distribution, Rail, Steam Ship and LTL by its valued customers. In order to meet the demands, the company quickly adapted and grew into many different aspects of the transportation industry. Today, M & M in is one of Cincinnati’s most respected logistics providers, servicing the United States, Canada, Mexico and beyond.

The business has continued to enjoy rapid growth due to the dedication and hard work of our professional employees and our loyal clients. Every employee is committed to providing the highest level of customer service.

The company resides in Mason, OH, just North of Cincinnati, occupying 30,000 sq ft. of warehouse space and continues to expand.

In 2001 M & M American, Inc. was started as a contract carrier. Initially started to hire strictly Owner/Operators, the company soon purchased day cabs and Over the Road trucks to start an asset based operation. Now with its fleet of straight trucks and over 60 tractors and nearly 100 trailers, M & M has the capacity and equipment to take on nearly any assignment.

Our experienced warehouse staff has managed distribution projects for Ralph Lauren, Starbucks, Downlite, Xpedx and Mailender Barnett to name a few.
